Digital Products & Custom Solutions

AI has shortened the path from idea to production.

That's how we back innovation: custom builds that run on your infrastructure and keep evolving after they go live.

What we do

From scratch, we build the product your operation needs and the market doesn't sell.

There's off-the-shelf software for almost everything companies have in common. What's specific to your operation gets left out: the pricing rule only you use, the flow that grew out of your process, the portal your customers log into, the tool your team opens every day. At that point a company either bends its operation to fit the tool, or builds what it needs.

We build from concept to production: discovery with your team, interface design, architecture, engineering, and the product live on your own infrastructure with the code under your control. After go-live we keep going, with new increments and support, even when what's there was built by another vendor.

Much of our work is backing our clients' innovation, and AI has made trying ideas far faster: many clients arrive with a first version their own team already built. We bring the engineering that turns it into a product, with the scale, security and predictability the operation demands.

From concept to MVP

Three weeks to turn an idea into scope, sequence and a first increment.

We start with a Lean Inception run with your team. It's an established practice, with a defined format and a documented outcome.

  1. Product vision

Who it's for, what problem it solves, and what it won't do.

  2. Personas and journeys

Who uses it, when, and what needs to happen at each step.

  3. Prioritized features

The full list, ranked by effort and value, with what's out declared up front.

  4. Delivery sequence

The MVP canvas and the increments that follow, with the first ready to start.

From scope to MVP, with agents in the development cycle.

With the scope set, the first increment goes into build. We work with agents inside the development cycle, alongside your team, which uses AI too: before long, something concrete is live, iterated in short cycles and reviewed by the people who will use it.

Orchestrating those agents is part of the work. The other part is building the structure where security, architecture, data modeling, pipelines and automated testing are built into the flow, instead of becoming rework at every turn. That's what this team has done for twenty years on mission-critical projects.

Capabilities

What we do in digital products

Each one stands on its own, or slots into a larger project.

  • Products for the end customer

We build the app, portal or platform your customers use, sized for the traffic it has to carry. The product runs on your infrastructure and the code stays with you.

  • Custom internal tools

We build the tool the operation opens every day, designed around the work of the people who run it. It serves a process specific to your company that no off-the-shelf product covers.

  • Interface and experience design

We design the interface with your team and validate it with the people who will use it: a clickable prototype, tests with real users and adjustments before engineering begins.

  • Engineering and continuous delivery

Architecture, security, data modeling, automated testing and the deploy pipeline are in from the first increment. The product ships to production early and evolves in short cycles.

  • Evolution and support

Once the product is live we stay with it: new increments, fixes and support with an SLA. We also take on products built by another vendor, including rewriting the legacy base when needed.

  • Systems that don't talk to each other are a different job. So is a process that still happens outside any system.
